img_0853Morgane is a passionate and enthusiastic French cellist. She studied in the National Conservatoire of Lyon where she obtained her Masters degree with first class honours. Fascinated by Hungarian music, Morgane is continuing her musical education in the Liszt Academy, Budapest and in the Kodály Institute, Kecskemét. She is both pleased and honoured to accept the 2016-2017 Bacon-Erdei scholarship which offers her the opportunity to perform Hungarian cello repertoire. Commended for her stage presence as well as the sensibility of her playing, Morgane has previously been invited to perform in various European festivals and concert halls as a soloist, chamber and orchestral musician. Wishing to transmit her passion to others, Morgane teaches cello and chamber music in music schools and master courses and creates successful transdisciplinary projects integrating dance, food, improvisation and graphic arts.
